CURE Team

CURE is more than our name. It's our mission.

We have dedicated our lives to helping people. Now, we are taking that commitment further. We believe homelessness should never define a person's future, and that the right opportunity can change the course of a life.

Through North Star, we are creating more than a path out of homelessness. We are creating a path toward independence, dignity, and a future filled with possibility.

Everyone Deserves a Home

Built on Experience. Driven by Opportunity.

The CURE North Star Initiative brings together the experience, resources, and leadership of the Center for Ultrasound Research & Education (CURE) in New York and Academy of Diagnostic & Osteopathic Medicine (ADOM Academy) in Connecticut. Our history in specialized healthcare education began in 1999. Today, we are using that experience to create a pathway from homelessness to meaningful careers.

Education. Housing. Careers.
A Brighter Future.

We believe homelessness and workforce shortages are two challenges that can be addressed together.

North Star connects housing, food, transportation, childcare, education, clinical training, professional credentialing, and employment into one coordinated pathway, creating lasting financial independence and stronger communities.
